Just a suggestion.
Okay first of all, i love this game, i love the features they are implementing and i love being a cop instead of a Russian guy with no history at all.

I read about Cole's homelife being seen a little or not all.

And well in my experience i always loved buying new places decorating a bit, new tvs and all that stuff, apparently R* removed that feature in all their games afters GTA SA, where you could steal tvs, furniture, buy new lots etc.

Now we get default houses, and we cannot decorate them a bit, like those in RdR i had like 9 houses 7 were the same, my bed and a place for changing clothes.

In GTA V you had like 100 grand, and you were living in an small apartment with your cousin...

I don't know why Devs do not put this features anymore on their next games, maybe they are just "ignoring them" or they just have other reason.

I know its late suggesting for LA Noire, but well just posting an idea.

It would be nice to upgrade your place as you progress in the game.

It should be like Saint's Row 2 was. I don't really care though.

I don't think that items in the burglary side missions could be used in player houses.

In GTA IV the houses varied. You only had an apartment for the beginning parts.

Agin, you couldn't decorate in GTA SA.

Thumbs Up

I'm not too fussed about customization but the characters background matters to me. Niko had a lot of background history which was told over time. We don't know much about Phelps at the moment but he'd be more likeable than Niko, my thoughts.

RE: Just a suggestion.
I too don't believe there will be a house for us, although I believe the features that the houses in previous games gave us, will be implemented inside the police station.

Example, going into the locker room (providing there is one, strange that there wouldn't be) to change our suits etc?

And, the front desk could be used as a save game system, and you should be able to save vehicles outside the police station, or in the station yard?

We can change our outfits at the start/pause menu.
