I'm actually pretty glad I won't have the freedom to shoot random people in the face. Yes, it's fun, but it would take you out of the story in this case in a way that it doesn't in GTA games. It would be like playing as someone with some kind of split personality disorder.

Yeah, it's not like Cole's gonna whip out a Thompson and start shooting people, even if that feature was available, I wouldn't use it.
