Since this is 40's los angeles; will we be able to beat up minorities on the street as a beat cop?

Sorry, I didn't want to insinuate that, that is why I edited my post. My post was also a little stereotypical. Whether they go that route is up to them, but I don't think the minority party will want to relive that.

I don't know how bad it is in America, but I remember I saw two police officers kicking the hell out of some guy down the street from me a few years back. In their defence though, they had just been chasing him through a block of flats for quite a while. So he had it coming if you ask me.
