Something interesting I found in an article

Staton said to achieve his most authentic performance possible, he performed each moment of the storyline as if it existed in a separate reality from the others."

This to me sounds very interesting and could mean that this game has a very high amount of replay to it.

Yes, it has been said from the very beginning that the plot flow will depend on players choices.
You can make bad choices and/or assumptions during investigations or questioning, and they always have an effect on the case itself.

So i guess it is safe to say the game will have replay value.
