Question Bodies
this game is aiming to be as realistic as possible so does that mean it will have a high body count and show blood on people's clothes when you shoot them like in GTA 4 and RDR? Anyone know

RE: Bodies
A high body count would be awesome. And I liked RDR details better when it came to getting shot. It actually shows bullet holes instead of a bloody shirt.

RE: Bodies
I really do hope that the least that will happen is that the characters react to bullet shots properly, like in RDR.

RE: Bodies
Yeah, RDR nailed that nicely.

Well are they using the Euphoria engine for the physics?

RE: Bodies
I heard that they are using engine very similar to Euphoria, kind of a bummer they aren't incorporating RAGE and Euphoria with the motion scan technology. Not even completely sure if that is possible yet.

Yeah that's a fair point. I can't really get my head around all of that stuff, but I'm guessing it's not just a case of throwing them all together and them just.. working inexplicably. That's how it works in my head though lol.

But yeah Euphoria was brilliant in RDR. It was good in GTAIV but RDR brought it to a whole new level with some of the enemy reactions to gunshots e.t.c.

L.A. Noire is also notable for using Lightsprint's real-time global illumination technology

I'm sure there'll be a good solid engine in game.
