The Consul's car
Apparently The Consul's Car's is only for complete edition
Can you get it via DLC?

RE: The Consul's car
Hello! Yes the Consul's car is available for DLC. However there are 2 locations in the case that are only accessible if you have the Complete Edition. There are also other DLC cases such as: A slip of the Tounge, Reefer Madness, The Naked City, and Nicolson Electroplating. Same rule applies for all DLC there are one or two locations on each case that are only accessible with the complete edition. Hope this helps!

So does that mean I can't play it unless I have the complete edition, I bought the normal edition and The Consul's Car isn't on the DLC page?

That's odd well if it isn't appearing then I suppose you will just have to buy the complete edition

This case still isn't on Xbox Marketplace. Does Microsoft have a rule that if DLC gets released for PS3 first it's banned from on Xbox Marketplace?

The case is only available in the Complete Edition. It will not be made available in the Marketplace.

Wat. I got the normal edition and it came as a code in the disc case.

RE: The Consul's car
I looked on the Xbox marketplace for a while but I had no luck. I just ended up getting the Complete Edition and it was definitely worth it.

You would have got in on ps3, right?

It was ps3 exclusive up to the complete edition, now it's only available in that, or the normal addition if you buy it for ps3.

The last thing you never saw.
