Any news about pc patch ?

since this game release, I never found someone who using duo core and not having a lag problem even on the lowest resolution and setting.

I really want to know that there are going to be some patches for pc ?
like when GTA4 came out, there was a patches that fixed lag problem

so... any news on patches?
I really like to play this game
( I want to improve my English skill and I like to play games like this )
