Is It Worth It
Wow I loved LA:N, maybe even more so looking back at it.
I almost had all achievements/trophies, only needed the one for five staring all cases. But then I went away for the weekend, came home, and found my disk broken. A big thick crack from the middle and out. I found this crack SECONDS after I bought the Rockstar pass, and had downloaded a couple of cases. I'm really starting to miss the game now, just looking at the top-site banner almost makes me cry. But is it worth the money to buy the game aging, just to play the DLC cases. Keep in mind, I have already payed for them all. |

The DLC was exceptionally good in my opinion. I thought "The Naked City" was one of the best cases, hands down. In fact, since you've already paid for the Pass, I would definitely recommend picking it up to play through them. I can't wait for "Consul's Car" to hit 360; that's how starved I am for a new case. |

RE: Is It Worth It
Even though I've finished it twice I haven't finished it with all the current DLC, so I'm playing it again. It's amazing what things you notice that you never noticed before. This game is so well inter grated I appreciate more than I did back in May.
People who whine about this game having nothing to do really are missing out how well it was actually put together under its skin. |

RE: Is It Worth It
You loved the game. You have content, paid for, sitting on your lap.
What are you waiting for? |

Yeah, I can definitely understand why some people waited just long enough for the "Reefer Madness" DLC before trading it in, but the game definitely merits multiple plays. There are a lot of subtle details to pick up on. |

I was replaying the Silk Stocking Murder case yesterday and just realized that the crime scene was just across the street from the Just Picked Fruit Market and the El Dorado Bar, two major locations in the case. Not really anything that surprising, but like you said, there are a lot of subtle details to pick up on. |

RE: Is It Worth It
Something else I've picked up on (Just because I'm a detail freak lol) is there are many references to characters that play important roles later on.
There are some cases with clues that have the names of suspects in later cases. Of course you wont pick it up the first time through, but if you remember from your first save on your 2nd run you start to notice things you never noticed before. I've always applauded R* for the details they put into GTA IV and RDR, but this game is just something else. It's a rewarding game for people who like looking for subtle details most causual gamers would over look. That in itself is more than enough reason for me to play it multiple times. |

RE: Is It Worth It
Since you really miss playing the game and you really want to play it again, of course it's worth it. Money wouldn't be a concern if you would enjoy what you're about to play.
