They all vary and it depends on you. I have easily spent an hour on one case. Others you could do in 15 minutes. (the early ones)

RE: Approximately, How Long Is Each Case?
the Patrol cases generally do not take very long... around 15 minutes for the first couple cases, then 30 minutes

the traffic cases take from 45 minutes (first couple of cases) to an hour

each homicide case easily takes at least an hour and the last one (the Quarter Moon Murders) took me around an hour an a half

I've completed Patrol, Traffic and Homicide desks and I have over 11 hours of playtime logged in.

RE: Approximately, How Long Is Each Case?
yah i spent about 20 hrs by the time i beat it just doing street crimes and the main cases. finished about half the street cases or so. so its pretty short... expect about 1hr per case.
pretty sad they may of spent too much money and time on the motion capture, but is a landmark making the next complete motion capture games perhaps bigger? montion capture is nothing new but i think they may of over did it and hince we take a big hit on gameplay.
main attraction being 'ultra realistic facial reactions you must read to determin if the perp is lying or telling the truth only goes so far before becoming redundent. and they really stuck to that as the MAIN attraction... imo too much attention.

I wouldn't really say the game is short. It depends on the sort of player you are. Some like to do cases fairly quick and others like to take their time i.e driving carefully, being very thorough at crimes etc. Compared to most games IMO LA Noire is above average in terms of its length.

that guy is a troll... just look at some of his other posts Tongue

20 hours is definitely not short in my opinion, and he's only finished half the street crimes, probably hasn't collected anything yet...

im a troll? i been apart of this forum for like 1 day now. but yeah speaking of opinions, bah. its short.... most people can beat it in 3-5 days including all the street crimes. compare to the last Rock Star games and thats short. period. and collecting pick ups is crap, id never do that. in every rock star game or any other game that is, pick ups are just not that fun imo.

I hope you realize that technically speaking LA Noire isn't a true R* game.

Yup, it's more of Team Bondi's game.

About 45 minutes through an hour, depending on how you are doing.
