RE: Favourite character?
I also liked Stefan Bekowsky. Herschel Biggs as they were good partners, and even Roy Earle, cause most of the things he said made me laugh.

RE: Favourite character?
Jack Kelso, then Cole Phelps.

I liked Ralph a lot too, too bad I didn't get much of him during the storyline.
He was really cool.
Glad I sow him during Nicholson Electroplanting.

I also liked Bekowsky, heis my favourite partner.

I liked Biggs and Galloway too, Biggs kind of sounds like one of GTA V Protagonist's, Michael.

RE: Favourite character?
I vote for the police van driver. You know that someone who can hold a powerslide for so long has to be the best character in the series

RE: Favourite character?
I like Rusty Galloway the most. Michael McGrady has a perfectly justified the role of homicide detective in the LAPD.

RE: Favourite character?
Phelps Phelps Phelps! The man has a real deadpan wit.

And Earle, he's a despicable fake human being but he did make me laugh, like when he and Phelps investigate a mass murder at a club that is linked in to those 'morphine' syringes and Bewosky tells them the dead were part of a four piece band.

Earle says "Now they're a no piece" and then chuckles at his own wicked sense of humour. The awkward silence that follows...oh dear

RE: Favourite character?
Roy, for sure. He was definitely a scumbag but by far the most interesting character to watch and listen to, for better or for worse.

I also really liked Herschel Biggs, Jack Kelso, Cole (well at least later on, once he gained some depth and backstory), Elsa, and Carruthers.
