How about a CSI game??
I really feel this is how a CSI game should have been made.. not the crappy ones that got devloped (whoever played a CSI game knows what I'm talking about)
I would take away the "linear" gameplay and make it more like a Heavy Rain type gameplay (where you actually don't know whether your actions where the correct ones or not) Having the questioning actually affecting the outcome of the game and giving it different endings depending on your actions What you guys think? |

RE: How about a CSI game??
Yes. We defiantly need more games like Heavy Rain, LA Noire in the gaming world because the game gets you more, lets say emotionally involved within the story unlike many other games which is all about killing the next enemy.
Also I love games that can have different endings because it gives it such good replay value. |

RE: How about a CSI game??
I'm all for it, just as long as it isn't based on the CSI series itself. What complete rubbish that show actually is. I like the premise of having an in depth investigation with interrogations, crime scene processing, etc. But please, make it not related to the TV show at all.

RE: How about a CSI game??
nah nah fuck CSI, this is how a DEXTER game should have been made! Imagine having miami to explore, and when we're not working a case we have to find a criminal to kill, which will advance your rank or something or you have a dark passenger meter that very slowly decreases if you dont satisfy it. So you end up having to juggle case work (which progresses the story but does nothing for your rank) with your secret hobby.
Im so seriously guys! They need to get Jeff Lindsay off his fat ass to write a huge story and little cases and victim stories to get this off the ground.

Instead of bashing the X button everywhere you'll need a specific tool to pick up a specific type of evidence.. just to make things harder. If you miss a critical piece the susbect walks away. |

RE: How about a CSI game??
I couldn't be more agree about that. It would have been an amazing success like the one Call of Duty got with the Modern Warfare series. Personally I played both: LA noire and the CSI games and I agree with you LA noire was a way better and I'm sure Rockstar have the staff and the balls to do it, unlike Ubisoft who is really sleeping on its feet about it. I hope LA noire will give a boost to that game theme!

RE: How about a CSI game??
that's not csi. csi is crime scene investigation. the name should give it away. they don't go chase down suspects or question people. that's the job of detectives and patrolmen.
gta:cop edition would be the best possible outcome, but stupid fucks can't cause explosions or shoot cops, so no one wants to pitch that idea. |
