LA Noire meets Life on Mars (UK TV Series)

I would love a game with the same LA Noire gameplay but set in 1973's Manchester from Life on Mars (UK series).

With an option to play as Gene Hunt or Sam Tyler, investigating crimes around the city.

You could have Chris Skelton and Ray Carling as your partners, the Ford Cortina and some of the music from the era.

Interrogating people with Gene Hunt would be hilarious.

Anybody else think this would make a good game?
