I have not been playing the game long, but I don't think I should be having the problem I am having.
When I go to drive anywhere after a few minutes the town gets all blockly... then it just goes away. I am driving on nothing. I can still follow the mini map as it shows the roads. While this is unenjoyable it has not been game breaking until I had to catch the guy in the illegal race.
Up till this point I have just had my partner drive me around... My computer is decent enough to run Skyrim on full bore. I can't figure that is the case... However is there something I can turn down/up to fix this? It is greatly effecting my enjoyment of this game.

All clear... I repeat all clear... nothing to see here.
It wont allow me to delete my post, but I found my issue, and the game runs flawlessly.
