You may recognise the two admins (myself and Andy) from GTAForums.com and RedDead.net.

If you don't already know us then don't worry, you're not missing much.

You'll notice there's only two sections at the present moment: L.A. Noire Chat and Off-Topic Chat. We decided it is best to contain the activity to one or two sections until the game nears release and the site becomes more active. We'd rather have two really active forums than a whole bunch of inactive or semi-active ones.

Naturally, the site will be expanded as more info becomes available and there's more to talk about. In the meantime if you have any suggestions please fire away.

(edit) To clarify, MyBB is temporary. A new platform is being developed that will soon host LA-Noire.net, RedDead.net and GTAForums.com. More details soon.

Can't wait for this game. Will this site be updated like RedDead.net regularly? If it does, can you guys make these 3 sites linked so we only manage one account. For ex; GTAForums and GTAGarage, they're linked.

Hello! I've heard this game for the first time when I read Game Informer magazine. After I read the article, I think this game looks very promising. I like its theme, the late 40s would be perfectly fit for a detective story. After all, the reason why I'm so excited about this game is because Rockstar takes a part on its development. Anyway, thanks a lot to whoever who create this forum.

I don't think that's a good idea, personally. I could understand some people wouldn't like to be part of Red Dead forums if they're not interested at all. If there were linked accounts, you would have a huge amount of inactive users.

Well, maybe just add it as an option. If someone do want to link their account they'll have to activate it in some way in the other site, if not just leave it blank.

As far as I know, there's no multiplayer mode. I don't mind though, I don't think it's needed in this game.

@Dnero: Yeah, that's a possibility but I think there are people who would like to have different account names.
IMO it would be nice if you could, for example, go to someone's RedDead.net profile through their LA-Noire.net or GTANet profile.

We're working on it. It should be ready in a few weeks. It would be nice though if Rockstar gave us something more than a logo to talk about! From the description we were given at E3 it sounds like a fantastic concept. I can't wait to hear more about the game.
